Welcome to Stalk and Stem! I am so glad you are here! My name is Chelsea Zimmer and I am the owner of this small scale flower farm located in Delaware, Ohio. I am also a wife to my high school sweetheart, a mom to two Shih Tzus, and a molecular biologist by day.

Growing up, I saw my family nurture our Ohio Century Farm. Now, as a 5th generation farmer I'm proud to continue that legacy, cultivating beautiful things from the same land. This business started when my gardening hobby quickly spiraled out of control into a huge passion. A small bed of cut flowers for myself, friends, and family was all it took for me to quickly fall in love with growing, harvesting, and arranging flower bouquets. ​

My goal is to provide you with unique and fresh, locally grown flowers at markets and through subscriptions on the land my great- great- grandparents harvested. I can't wait to create something beautiful for you!
